2019 Best of Cedar City Award Winners

Cedar City Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated the winners of the 69th annual “Best of Cedar City” awards. Winners received their awards and recognition at a gala on Friday, January 17, 2019 in the Great Hall in the Hunter Conference Center at Southern Utah University.

There are 13 different Best of Cedar City awards that honor community members and businesses nominated for encouraging and promoting a positive and vital economy and preserving those unique qualities that make the Cedar City area a very special place to live, work, and visit. Many times, people & businesses do things to better our community without getting recognized, and this is our chance to do so. These awards give us a chance to identify those in the community who make Cedar City what it is today.

Innovative Business of the Year: Grifols Plasma Center

Educator of the Year: KarriAnn Raddon

Young Citizen of the Year: Ethan Anderson

Restaurant of the Year: Pizza Cart

Organization of the Year: Canyon Creek Services

Man of the Year: Chad Reid

Woman of the Year: Amy Bates

Medical Professional of the Year: Dr. Steven Newman
